Funny thing was, I wanted the same pair of shoes this old guy was admiring. He obviously had first dibs.

Claude admired the people he watched and met. He would judge them accordingly, and whether he agreed with their styles, demeanors, or attitudes, he still admired them in that they were his subjects.
